Jason Anderson, Director of Installer Institute
Jason Anderson's start in the mobile electronics field much like everyone else, first it starts as a hobby, usually when you get your first car, then you start installing for you friends and before you know it you want to turn your hobby into a career. So in 1997 Jason attended the Installer Institute after which he immediately landed an installer position at a local shop in
St. Augustine, Florida . After gaining some shop experience he moved to another local shop where he quickly excelled to shop manager, then store manager. After years of working in the field he was approached by the Installer Institute and offered a position teaching at his former school. Without hesitation he accepted and in July of 2001 he became an instructor at the school that gave him his start. Over the years Jason has moved from Instructor to Lead Instructor and now is the Director of the Installer Institute, and for the past 8 years Jason has dedicated himself to the students and to his career. Today Jason is continuing to help grow II with the development and implementation of new and exciting course to offer past, present and future students. ” It is great to love what you do and it is even better to help others achieve the same goals.”

Joe Padula, Lead Instructor
Joe Padula is the the Mad Scientist of our group. Through the years he's gained nicknames like "Jimmy Neutron" and "McGuyver" because he always seems to be tinkering with something. As the son of an independant Auto Mechanic, his formative years were playing in grease pit instead of sand boxes, but it created a within him a mindset that when it comes to fixing or building something, there's nothing he can't do. His interest in audio started as a child in a basement workshop where he built his own boombox from discarded auto speakers and an old 8-track player and continued with him installing his first car stereo into a car he owned before he was old enough to drive. Eventually, his interest in audio and automobiles lead him to a career as an installer, and mobile and home electronics has been his life ever since. Joe recently reached his 30th anniversary in the Consumer Electronics industry. In addition to a long career with well known retailer where his job titles ranged from installer to sales person to manager and VP, he served three years on the Board of Trustees of the Mobile Enhancements Retailers Asscociation (MERA). His experience educating installers includes a position as the Director of Technical Training for IASCA worldwide and his current position here at Installer Institute as Lead Instructor. Joe is a certified IASCA judge and Master Installer and has interests ranging from music and home theater to classic cars and motorcycles.

Justin is our Admissions Advisor here at the Installer Institute. He came to us with a background in college admissions with over 5 years of experience in the field. He has assisted hundreds of students realize their dream of doing what they enjoy and getting paid for it in the fields of Computers, electronics, and art and design fields. His Admissions background brought him here to Installer Institute to assist our students the same way he has at other schools by allowing them to see that they too can achieve the same feeling and success in the fields of Mobile Electronics and Customization . He can also inform you on the 10 Week Mobile Electronic Program, the 5 Week Basic Installer Program, or the 5 Week Advanced Installer Program and any other questions that you may have about the Installer Institute.
Justin enjoys all sports especially College football he also enjoys watching NFL football during the season. He likes to watch all kinds of movies especially comedies and enjoys working out when he has time. Justin is here to assist all of our students with their questions about Installer Institute and with the admissions process. Good luck to all future students. 85
